Mr Matthias Schwuchow was appointed as a further managing director of ORISA Software GmbH at the Annual General Meeting on 3 July 2019.
The ORISA philosophy of developing managers from the ranks of its own employees was successfully implemented. “Matthias Schwuchow has worked for the company in various positions for over 20 years. He managed the projects of Porsche, MAN, Toyota and was most recently responsible for development as a whole. We are pleased that we can initiate the generational change at the top of ORISA with Matthias Schwuchow and wish him all the best for the start”, explains Dr Georg Elsner. The previous managing director and company co-founder will initially continue to assist Matthias Schwuchow. In preparation for his retirement, he would like to withdraw from business bit by bit and concentrate on promoting young scientists and his honorary offices. Dr Elsner is therefore particularly pleased that he has once again been appointed to the scientific advisory board of the Faculty of Economics at Friedrich Schiller University Jena.
