CREALIS® CPQ is the stan­dard soft­ware from ORISA Soft­ware GmbH that ful­fils all requi­re­ments for pro­duct con­fi­gu­ra­tors, quo­ta­ti­on con­fi­gu­ra­tors and vari­ant con­fi­gu­ra­tors. All func­tions of a CPQ appli­ca­ti­on are ful­ly sup­port­ed with CREALIS®. This includes the con­fi­gu­ra­ti­on of any pro­ducts in mul­ti-level con­fi­gu­ra­ti­on models, the map­ping of depen­den­ci­es bet­ween the dif­fe­rent levels of the con­fi­gu­ra­ti­on, pri­cing across the enti­re bill of mate­ri­als and the crea­ti­on of com­plex quo­ta­ti­on docu­ments inclu­ding all neces­sa­ry addi­tio­nal docu­ments.

Typi­cal inte­gra­ti­on sce­na­ri­os place CREALIS® CPQ as the cen­tral inter­face bet­ween the con­nec­ted sys­tems. CREALIS® CPQ can the­r­e­fo­re be con­nec­ted to various CRM sys­tems such as Sales­force, SAP CRM, Micro­soft Dyna­mics, etc. A sales employee starts the con­fi­gu­ra­ti­on from the CRM with a sel­ec­ted cus­to­mer, con­fi­gu­res the indi­vi­du­al shop­ping bas­ket and feeds the result back into the CRM sys­tem. This results in a seam­less sales pro­cess. Whe­ther the order pro­cess is then trig­ge­red from the CRM into the ERP or direct­ly from CREALIS® CPQ depends on the pro­cess requi­re­ments of the respec­ti­ve appli­ca­ti­on. If the exis­ting CRM sys­tem is too unwiel­dy for sales or if the com­pa­ny is not yet using CRM, CREALIS® CRM offers an opti­mal solu­ti­on for map­ping the neces­sa­ry sales views such as cus­to­mer acti­vi­ties, oppor­tu­ni­ties and quo­ta­ti­on track­ing.

The pro­duct con­fi­gu­ra­ti­on can be sup­pli­ed with data from various sys­tems such as ERP, PIM or CMS, wher­eby the prin­ci­ple of the sin­gle source of data is con­sis­t­ent­ly taken into account. The data is mana­ged cen­tral­ly in the CREALIS® PDM pro­duct data manage­ment sys­tem, which is the upstream data inter­face for CREALIS® CPQ. CREALIS® PDM offers all the func­tions nee­ded to main­tain the struc­tures requi­red for the con­fi­gu­ra­ti­on of com­plex pro­ducts and to enrich and opti­mi­se the data from the upstream sys­tems. With CREALIS® CPQ, pro­ducts and sys­tems are con­fi­gu­red in a modern, data-dri­ven appli­ca­ti­on that can be used on all devices based on a web brow­ser and auto­ma­ti­cal­ly pro­vi­des lay­outs cus­to­mi­sed for the various mobi­le devices.
