On February 27,2024, the VDMA will host the 13th Variant Management Conference in Langen. This year’s theme is “Balancing Quality, Costs, and Product Variants.”

Today, the mechanical and plant engineering industry faces global challenges in meeting individual customer requirements; batch size 1 is increasingly becoming the norm. The growing complexity and an increasing range of product variants impact every aspect of the company, from sales to design, purchasing, production, and even service.

IT-supported, holistic variant management can provide valuable assistance, as the data is available to all those involved across departments. This optimizes processes, creates transparency and keeps quality, costs and delivery schedules under control.

Successful variant management is the focus of this year’s VDMA conference. The 13th VDMA Variant Management Conference will show how companies in the mechanical and plant engineering sector can successfully position themselves in the balance of quality, costs, and product variants The accompanying trade exhibition also enables personal and professional exchange with solution providers to showcase their products and services.

ORISA will be participating in the trade exhibition—visit us at our booth! We look forward to seeing you!
