On 7 March, the VDMA invites you to the 12th Variant Management Conference in Langen. This year’s motto is “IT-supported variant configuration – from change project to competitive advantage”.
Individual customer “requirements and increasingly varied and complex products” are presenting companies in the mechanical and plant engineering sector with new challenges.
With an IT-supported variant management solution in the form of a product configurator, any number of variants can be quickly and individually matched to customer requirements and assembled. In this way, processes are optimized and quality, costs and delivery deadlines are maintaind.
The one-day event will focus on the following questions:
- How are variant management systems introduced technically and organizationally?
